CANCELLATION POLICY

POLICIES AND DISCLAIMERS Late Cancellation and No shows will be charged at 50% of your appointment price. We reserve the right to charge at our discretion. A Debit/ Credit card must be entered upon booking and WILL NOT BE CHARGED unless the above mention occurs. Your appointment isn’t valid until you have received an email confirmation. Appointments are accepted online only. We reserve the right to decline any request at our discretion REFUND POLICY: If you are unhappy with your service we will gladly work with you to fix it within 3 days or issue you in-store credit towards other services available. Due to the nature of the type of services we offer, which include time and materials in the final price, we do not offer refunds. WE DO NOT SHARE OR SELL OUR CUSTOMERS INFORMATION. Customers information in our system is used to improve your service experience as well as to send important messages such as light email or text marketing communications and you do reserve the right to opt out of receiving text or email marketing messages at any time. There is a flat rate fee of $50 -$100 plus the cost of the service.
